Do You Need an Alternative to Motability?
Partnering with MASIS, OSV has developed a scheme that is designed to support those who need it most. This scheme is to help people with disabilities or who have long-term health conditions, as well as for individuals assisting disabled people. The scheme is also suitable for those who are employed, have a private income and, in certain circumstances, for those who are on long-term benefits.
You will be appointed one of OSV’s highly experienced team to work exclusively with you to guide you through the process step-by-step. Your expert will have gone through an extensive programme specifically designed for this partnership so you can be sure that every question and query will be answered. They are also there to reassure you of any worries you may have, big or small.

Vehicles delivered to your door, nationwide
Unlike the Motability scheme, you can complete the whole process of acquiring your vehicle from the comfort of your home. Once the required administration is completed, the vehicle will be delivered free of charge directly from a franchised dealer, complete with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Once you have the vehicle, you will have benefit from OSV`s aftercare team, dedicated franchised dealer support, and of course the manufacturer themselves.
Over 50% of OSV’s clientele are either recommendations or returning customers, showing that they put customer service at the forefront of their business. Their emphasis on customer service means you can be sure that you will be receiving honest advice and complete transparency at every step of the process.
What’s the difference?
As MASIS (and its associated organisation The Disabled Motorists Federation) continue to enjoy long established and harmonious relationships with Motability, it is important to emphasise that this scheme is not designed to compete with Motability. The purpose of this scheme is to support those people who Motability cannot (as well as for people who choose not to make use of their entitlement to Motability)
The scheme operates in a different manner to Motability. You inform us of your approximate annual mileage, how long you want to keep the vehicle if you require servicing and maintenance included and what initial payment you want to make.
You continue receiving any allowances and benefits you are entitled to and you pay monthly by Direct Debit for the vehicle. Approval is subject to a credit search and underwriting criteria.
Please be aware that all vehicles supplied through the scheme are ‘non-adapted’, standard specification vehicles. MASIS has already entered into an agreement with a company who can supply used adapted vehicles should these be required.
